Third Party Vendors
Catering guidelines vary by building. Events in the McCaleb Conference Center in the Hunter Welcome Center must be catered by Chartwells.
Any third party vendor, caterer, food truck, etc., wishing to come to campus for any reason other than drop-offs will be required to meet insurance requirements set by the Risk Management office and sign a contract with the University Events office.
