Advancement Communication Requests 

Welcome to the Advancement Communication Request page! We’re happy to assist you with your communication needs. Please start by selecting the appropriate link below depending on what you need to request. If you have questions, please reach out to Rachael Hubbard at rlh06a@acu.edu or 325-674-2636.

What are you requesting?

Click the appropriate button:

Select this option for all communication requests tied to an event. You will be asked on the first page if you need a registration page built.

Examples: Alumni and URM events (including those tied to Athletics)

Select this option for all communication requests not tied to an event.

Examples: Newsletters, campaign updates, surveys to alumni, etc.

 

Select this option for communication requests that are soliciting funds. 

Examples: A letter asking for donations to an athletic team, social club, endowed scholarship, program, etc.

Please note: Your solicitation project must be approved by Advancement and/or the Senior Leadership Team before you submit your request.

Select this option for data requests not tied to a communication need. If you want this information for a communication request, please select one of the other options.

Examples: A headcount of alumni in a certain city/area (Austin, Dallas, Colorado, New York, etc.), a list of donors to a specific fund/project, etc.
