Honor Endowments

Wally Bullington. Vonda Dietz. Charlton Heston.

These three disparate names from ACU's history have a common link — scholarships in their names help students attend ACU every year.

Coach Bullington's children and their families created the Wally Bullington Athletics Endowment, which has helped more than a dozen athletes defray their tuition costs since its inception.

Vonda Kay Dietz, a senior journalism student and Prickly Pear yearbook editor was months away from graduating when she was killed in a car crash. Her parents set up the Vonda Dietz Endowed Scholarship, which awards scholarships to journalism students.

And the famed actor Charlton Heston created an endowed scholarship to help ACU Theatre students fund their college education. It, too, has provided vital funds for students through the decades.

You, too, have the opportunity to honor a friend, a family member or an influential figure in your life by creating an endowed scholarship in their honor.
